How to delete a document in printer queue windows 7


















Click Devices. Click the printer. Click Open queue. A list of pending print jobs will appear. Right-click a document you want to remove from the queue. A context menu will appear. Click Cancel. This removes the document from the queue. Repeat for other documents you want to cancel.

To cancel all documents at once, click the Printer menu at the top-left corner of the window, then select Cancel All Documents. If clearing the queue does not resolve your print queue issues, see Restarting the Print Spooler Service. Method 2. Open the Windows Search bar. Type services. Scroll down and right-click Print Spooler. Click Stop. Now that the queue is stopped, you can clear the documents.

Remove the driver that you are printing to. Open up the devices and printers from Control Panel 2. Make another printer as a default print. Highlight a printer 4. Windows XP. Windows 7. Select Print Server Properties on top 5. Go to Driver Tab and remove that driver.

But I had some problems on the delete contents of this folder step but for some reason I was able to delete all the files in my printing queue.
