It can be stressful when you are not doing well but if you work hard and have the ability to communicate with a customer and make our company make sense to them you will do fine. My job is ready for install. Chris, his brother on his crew Todd and Joe all showed up. My lord. Oh my lord. These guys are not real. They are so good! They are so professional. Yes they had masks on and they covered things in our home, used drop cloths everywhere and cardboard to walk on so not to damage our floors.

They cleaned up after themselves. They never got annoyed with me watching them or asking a million questions. They used so much insulation which was my big thing. They made sure every window and door went in level and perfect and with all the foam and insulation they could possibly fit.

They did not rush. They were here 4 days in total. They trimmed everything so darn beautiful inside and out. I told them that as good as the product looked in the showroom that I felt it actually looked better installed in my home.

I could not be happier. I was not sure how much to tip them. I always like to tip workers when they are good and work hard and handle me with care. They were so gracious and so appreciative of my tip.
